🐼 Pandaize Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
During peak periods (such as holidays or new product launches), processing times may be slightly longer.
You’ll receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.

Note: Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on customs clearance, courier delays, or local holidays.


3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your shipment anytime through the carrier’s website.


4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

All international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees, which are imposed once the shipment reaches your country.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Pandaize has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.


5. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal to pay customs fees, or failure to collect from the courier, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs or restocking fees.


6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact support@pandaize.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item/package.
We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


7. Preorders & Custom Items

For preorder or custom-made items, please allow additional time for production before shipping.
Specific lead times will be stated on the product page.
