Q: What's my order status?
A: You can log in and view your order status and tracking information on the My Dashboard page under recent orders. If you checked out as a guest, just send us an email at help-desk@pandaize.com and we'll be happy to provide you with an update.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Shipping times can vary depending on your location, but the average shipping time is between 5 to 15 working days. Your tracking number will be updated 2-3 days after your order has been shipped, so you can keep an eye on your package every step of the way.

Q: How do I cancel an order?
A: We can only cancel orders within the first 12 hours after placing it. Once the order has been processed and shipped, we won't be able to cancel it. We take pride in our prompt service, so we work hard to get your orders out as quickly as possible.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: If there's an issue with your order, please let us know within 7 days of receiving it. We'll review your case and, if approved, we'll send you a replacement. Please don't return anything before we review the case, as our customer service team will provide you with further instructions. Keep in mind that we reserve the right to deny any return requests, and you'll be responsible for the shipping costs to return the item.

Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
A: We accept Paypal, Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express), Debit Card, or E-Check (i.e. using your regular Bank Account).

Q: When will I receive my refund?
A: Please allow us 2-4 days to process your return once we receive it. We'll refund the price of the merchandise (excluding all applicable shipping charges) and any taxes you were charged. Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement. Please note that we're unable to issue refunds for any customs, duties, or additional fees that may apply to your order if you're an international customer.
