AWaist — Measured across the elastic waistband laid flat, unstretched — double it for the full circumference.
CHip — Measured across the widest part of the hip area, 1" below the crotch seam, laid flat.
BLength — Outseam — measured from the top of the waistband to the bottom hem of the leg opening.

Relaxed wide-leg cut, hits around the knee. Measurements are taken by hand on the garment laid flat and can vary by about an inch (2–3 cm). If you are between sizes, take the larger one — compare these numbers against a pair you already own and like.
